The Role
We’re looking for a Vice President of North America Sales to lead and scale our go-to-market efforts across the U.S. and Canada. This leader will own regional revenue growth, build and mentor a high-performing sales organization, and shape our sales strategy as we expand into the enterprise and mid-market segments.
This is a strategic and hands-on role — ideal for a sales executive who thrives in fast-moving, technical, early-stage environments and knows how to build structure, process, and predictability from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Own the revenue strategy and execution for North America.
Build, lead, and coach a world-class enterprise and commercial sales team.
Develop territory and account plans focused on high-value verticals (finance, healthcare, government, tech).
Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales engineering to refine messaging, GTM motions, and deal enablement.
Establish and track performance metrics, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health.
Personally drive key strategic deals and enterprise relationships.
Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and training as the team grows.
Report directly to the CRO, and serve as a key member of the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity sales, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of security, cloud, and AI/ML technologies and how to position them to technical and executive buyers.
Demonstrated success selling complex, high-value SaaS or platform solutions into large enterprises.
Deep network of customer and partner relationships within the North American enterprise ecosystem.
Data-driven operator with excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and process discipline.
Startup experience or comfort operating in fast-changing, resource-constrained environments.
Proven track record of instilling and leveraging various sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, BANT etc
Nice to Have
Experience in AI, MLOps, or cybersecurity markets.
Prior experience as an early GTM leader at a Series A–C startup.
Background in building both direct and channel sales models.
Strong collaboration with marketing and product to co-develop GTM strategy.

$390,000-$465,000 OTE (Bay Area)
