The Role: As a hands on engineering Product Manager you will head all things Product. Your role will be pivotal in defining, developing, and working closely with engineering to deliver products that delight our customers and drive our business forward. You’ll collaborate closely with our talented engineering and sales teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive the success of our product portfolio and, ultimately, the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate compelling use cases that align with customer needs.

• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.

• Requirements Management: Clearly define engineering requirements for product releases and carefully balance customer issues and feature requests with technical requirements, bug fixes and roadmap items. Throughout the development lifecycle be present and aware enough to make difficult product trade-offs as they are uncovered.

• User Experience: Drive user experience from messaging throughout the product. You and your team will provide detailed user stories and Figma prototypes well ahead of the start of the project so that it can be clearly understood and scoped.

• Customer Insights: Engage with customers to deeply understand their pain points and requirements, translating these insights into actionable product features.

• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and strategy.

• Performance Metrics: Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

• Team Mentorship: Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly products.

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

• Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Communication: Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with the ability to pivot and adjust priorities as needed.
