Job Title: QA Lead Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled QA Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. The QA Lead Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies and solid experience with test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

1. Become an expert on the usage of LLMs and AI security issues

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans

3. Create just enough process for an early stage development organization

4. Design and implement automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability

5. Identify, prioritize, and execute test cases for both new and existing features

6. Continuously improve and maintain test automation frameworks and infrastructure

7. Analyze test results and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues

8. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects

9. Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and methodologies

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA automation

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation of enterprise SAAS products

2. Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework

3. Very knowledgeable in Jira

4. Ability to present a high level overview of the current state of a project and build / maintain a dashboard view

5. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

7. Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Highly skilled in isolating difficult issues and writing clear bug reports

2. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

3. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

4. Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
