We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead the next phase of our growth. You'll work alongside builders who have helped to shape the success of companies such as Google, Okta, Rubrik, AWS and more. This is a key role that will carry multiple positions across all major business units (Engineering, Product, Customer Support, etc)

Location is open to anywhere in the United States, but preferably in the Silicon Valley.


Key responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will wear many hats, but core responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with stakeholders to design a tailored recruiting strategy, as well as finding the talents in limited talent pools
  • Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer accept, and build relationships with candidates, create an engaging and memorable experience
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring across multiple markets, time zones, and multiple sources
  • Develop innovative recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines and attract top talent.
  • Develop recruiting programs such as employee referrals and community outreach.
  • Build relationships with the team and partner with them to execute the hiring plan.
  • When needed, challenge assumptions & influence hiring stakeholders so an objective process is completed, and the best hire is made for the organization

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineers, frontend engineers, devops, infosec, and solution engineers in a global hyper growth SaaS or other technology environment is strongly preferred
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high performing global technical talent acquisition team in a fast paced environment
  • Experience building out recruiting processes
  • Solid experience across the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing through offer stages
  • Experience recruiting at a startup and hyper-growth SaaS company
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Hands-on, “can do” attitude and a bias for action
  • Low ego and high intellectual curiosity

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
