Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a rapidly evolving market. At Noma, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead and scale our global recruiting function during a pivotal stage of Noma’s growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced TA leader who can bring structure, strategic thinking, and strong people leadership to a fast-growing organization. You’ll lead and develop an independent recruiting team, partner closely with senior leadership, help shape hiring priorities and workforce planning, and continuously improve the way we work through data, technology, and new recruiting practices.

We’re looking for someone who is highly proactive, business-oriented, comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when needed, and excited to stay close to execution while building the next stage of our Talent Acquisition function.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop our global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Own hiring prioritization and workforce planning, translating company growth plans into a clear and realistic recruiting roadmap.
  • Partner closely with executives, HR leadership, and hiring managers to define hiring needs, priorities, and recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee recruiting across Israel and global markets, including technical, product, GTM, and leadership roles.
  • Use recruiting data, metrics, and market insights to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and improve hiring decisions and performance.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes, reporting, tools, and ways of working as the company continues to grow.
  • Drive innovation within the TA function, including identifying opportunities to integrate AI and automation into recruiting workflows.
  • Identify hiring risks, capacity constraints, and process bottlenecks, and proactively develop practical solutions.
  • Stay hands-on when needed and personally lead strategic, complex, confidential, or business-critical searches.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across the organization.

✅ What You Bring:

  • 3+ years managing and developing a recruiting team.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-growing startup environment and supporting the company through significant scale and growth - a must.
  • Strong hands-on global recruiting experience, including recruiting in the US.
  • Experience recruiting across both technical and business/GTM functions.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with executives, founders, and senior hiring managers.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting data and metrics, with experience using insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • A strategic mindset combined with a willingness to remain highly hands-on.

💡 Nice to Haves:

  • Experience recruiting within cybersecurity or AI companies.
  • Experience recruiting across additional global markets such as Europe, APAC, or Australia.
  • Experience managing recruiters across multiple geographies.
  • Experience scaling a Talent Acquisition function during significant company growth.
  • Hands-on experience introducing AI tools or automation into recruiting workflows.
  • Experience with Comeet or similar ATS platforms.

💙 Perks & Benefits:

  • Located in a prime area with easy access to public transportation, near the Hashalom train station and the Light Rail.
  • A bright, spacious, dog-friendly office that makes you smile the moment you walk in 🐶
  • Team bonding activities, company retreats, happy hours, and holiday gifts.
  • Pilates classes at the office 💪🧘‍♀️
  • Never hungry: Monthly lunch budget, dinners provided, and a fully stocked kitchen 🍽️
  • A warm, supportive, and people-first company culture.
  • Pension and Keren Hishtalmut (advanced training fund).
