Description
Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a rapidly evolving market. At Noma, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with exceptional people on technology that truly matters.
We're looking for an AI-native Lead Technical Writer to join our Product Team and own the documentation and technical content strategy for Noma's industry-leading AI security platform. Documentation is a critical, heavily used resource for both our enterprise customers and internal team, and in this role, you'll ensure it remains a high-quality extension of the product experience.
You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Technical Customer Management to ensure our content is accurate and scalable for both human users and AI agents. You'll architect a comprehensive documentation site, produce content that ranges from Quick Start guides to deep API references, and translate complex internal logic into clear English documentation that is easily consumable by humans, LLMs, and RAG systems.
This is a high-impact role where you will partner closely with PM, Design, PMM, Solution Engineering, and Technical Customer Management to identify and help solve documentation-related content gaps based on real-world enterprise deployments and Proof of Concept (POC) cycles.
🛠️ What You'll Do
- Own Product Documentation: Architect and maintain a comprehensive documentation site using GitBook in Markdown - covering everything from high-level platform overviews and integration guides to deep API references.
- Create Technical Assets: Produce a variety of content formats, including Quick Start, Implementation, and Product Workflow Guides. Contribute to prep collateral that supports sales enablement and new customer onboarding.
- Build Product Expertise: Gain and maintain hands-on product expertise with typical deployment tools - configuring Kubernetes environments, deploying Helm charts, and/or writing Python or Bash scripts to validate that our docs and workflows perform as intended in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with PM, Design, PMM, Solution Engineering, and Technical Customer Management to identify and help solve documentation-related content gaps based on enterprise deployments and POC cycles.
- Integrate with Engineering: Participate in technical engineering meetings conducted in Hebrew, translating complex internal logic and design into clear English documentation and assets that are easily consumable by humans, LLMs, and RAG systems.
✅ What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a technical writer or related technical role, such as Developer Advocate or Solution Architect.
- Native level English (written and verbal), with solid proficiency in Hebrew to participate in internal technical discussions.
- Mastery of Docs-as-Code workflows, including Git, GitHub, and Markdown.
- Hands-on experience using APIs and running CLI tools.
- Strong technical foundation and a willingness to dive into deployment tools, configurations, and scripts.
- Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, scalable content.
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset.
🎯 Nice to Haves
- Professional experience publishing and maintaining documentation in GitBook.
- Comfort managing your own test or build environments, and/or working knowledge of AI coding apps.
- Reasonable understanding of LLM orchestration, agentic frameworks, and secure AI gateway configurations.
- Experience producing technical video walkthroughs and sales enablement collateral.
- Experience leading a team of technical writers.
