You’ll lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), deliver compelling demos, and partner with Account Executives to translate business needs into technical solutions that win deals. Your work will directly influence both revenue growth and product direction.

This role is perfect for a hands-on, customer-facing technologist with deep cybersecurity expertise who thrives in high-growth environments.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Lead Technical Evaluations: Own POCs end-to-end—scoping, deploying, and validating Noma’s solutions in customer environments.
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate with Account Executives to design tailored demos, define success criteria, and advance deals.
  • Be the Technical Voice of the Customer: Capture feedback to inform product roadmap, integrations, and enablement.
  • Deliver World-Class Demos: Clearly articulate Noma’s value proposition to technical and executive audiences.

✅ Requirements for Success

  • Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales / sales engineering roles within cybersecurity, with a proven track record of independent POCs.
  • Technical Depth: Strong knowledge in SaaS security, cloud infrastructure, identity, or application security, with the ability to debug and integrate solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Able to simplify complex technical concepts for business leaders while maintaining credibility with technical teams.
  • Customer-Facing Expertise: Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, addressing objections, and building trust with stakeholders.
  • Startup Agility: Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, operates with autonomy, and contributes directly to GTM strategy.
