Data Analyst

Noma Security is redefining how organizations safely adopt AI into their organization. As a Data Analyst at Noma, you’ll play a critical role in supporting product, engineering, and customer-facing teams by unlocking insights from real-world environments.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving product-focused security company and make an impact from day one. You’ll help us improve product decisions, prioritize functionality, and elevate customer outcomes all through data.

You’ll work closely with PMs, engineers, and the CTO to help us deliver secure, insight-driven solutions for our customers.

📊 What You’ll Do:

• Analyze Customer Environments: Identify emerging risks and threats from customer data and help surface gaps in existing product functionality.
• Support Product Discovery: Generate data-driven insights to inform product direction and roadmap prioritization.
• Drive Research Efforts: Partner with engineering and product teams to investigate data related to new features and customer use cases.
• Strengthen Onboarding & Success: Participate in customer onboarding processes from POC through to production by supporting data-driven decisions.
• Unlock Opportunity: Help secure new opportunities and improve customer experience through smarter analytics.

✅ Requirements for Success:

• 0–2 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills (required).
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration abilities across technical and product teams.
• Background in intelligence/data analysis (bonus: IDF analytical experience).
• Passionate about translating messy data into structured insights.
