As a Solutions Engineer at Noma Security, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and successful deployment of our Data & AI Lifecycle Security Platform. Joining as one of our founding Solutions Engineers, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our sales engineering function, working directly with enterprise and mid-market customers across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.

This is a senior-level role for those who thrive in early-stage environments and have already navigated the complexities of scaling a startup. You’ll be a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, leading technical discovery, delivering compelling demos, and aligning Noma’s platform with complex security and business requirements. You’re not just a technical resource—you’re a seller first, working in tight partnership with Account Executives to drive strategic deals through the finish line.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Solutions Engineer with a strong technical foundation and exceptional interpersonal skills to have a major impact on Noma’s growth.

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in enterprise cybersecurity (AppSec, DevSecOps, API Security, CNAPP).
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles—no startup sales focus.
• Strong technical background, which could include experience in engineering, automation, or Tier 3 support roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you are first and foremost a seller, capable of driving customer conversations and influencing outcomes.
• Ability to run technical discovery, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and manage proof-of-concept (PoC) processes with precision.
• Track record of success working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
