Description
As an Account Executive at Noma Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our AI Lifecycle Security Platform. Joining as one of our founding Account Executives, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our sales strategy, building your own pipeline, and closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise and mid-market organizations across financial services, healthcare, and technology industries.
We’re looking for top-tier hunters—experienced sales professionals who thrive in fast-moving startup environments. You’ll be responsible for leading outbound efforts, navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes, and landing strategic accounts. This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a rapidly scaling company, working closely with leadership, product, and customer success teams to deliver real value to our customers.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated seller with a proven track record in enterprise security sales, particularly in the AppSec/DevSecOps space, who’s excited to take ownership and help shape the future of our go-to-market efforts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in product security (AppSec, DevSecOps, API Security, CNAPP).
- Proven ability to prospect, build, and manage an outbound pipeline with minimal reliance on inbound leads.
- Successful track record of selling to enterprise and mid-market customers in complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Strong network and experience selling into financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success engaging C-level stakeholders and managing multi-threaded sales processes.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to operate in an autonomous, fast-paced startup environment.
