The Role

As a Software Engineer at Native, you’ll truly work across the full stack. You’ll design and deliver front-end experiences (we don’t rely on pre-set designs), and depending on your team, you’ll also build high-scale, high-availability services in Go and manage infrastructure setup.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll take full ownership of products and features - from concept to delivery.
• You’ll engage with users, align with our strategic direction, and identify what you and the team should build next.
• You’ll have the opportunity to test MVPs directly in production with real users, iterate quickly based on feedback, and ensure the long-term success of your work.
• And yes -you’ll also jump in as a Support Hero, helping customers and making sure they enjoy an exceptional experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience
• You think like a product engineer - focused on building great products for users and helping your team ship fast. You care more about impact alongside perfection.

• Experience with multi-cloud security or cloud operations is a plus

Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers.

User-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on user experience and design, advocating for the user and ensuring the frontend delivers a high-quality, intuitive interface.
