Description

Hypernative is the leading security company in Web3, providing proactive threat detection and mitigation for DeFi protocols, chains, asset managers, financial institutions, and exchanges.

We’ve built a global partner ecosystem, which presents a significant opportunity to accelerate our sales pipeline by further leveraging our network. Your job is to capitalize on this opportunity - by building the system that turns our existing partner network into a steady, measurable flow of warm introductions for our sales team.

This is a build role with a number attached. You’ll map partner ecosystems, cross-reference them against our CRM, automate the discovery of introduction paths at scale, and interact with partners directly. You'll decide what the architecture looks like, and you'll own it as it becomes core infrastructure for how a Series B security company scales its sales pipeline through partners.

“GTM engineering” barely existed two years ago. The people who will define it are the ones building the first versions of these systems right now, in production, against a revenue number. If this excites you and your instinct when handed a manual process is to replace it rather than perform it faster, this is your role.

Responsibilities

  • Build the intelligence engine. Design and ship automations that map our partners’ networks and portfolios, cross-reference them against Salesforce, and surface accounts we should be reaching through a warm path rather than a cold one.
  • Source pipeline. Convert those insights into qualified opportunities. You’ll own a partner-sourced pipeline target.
  • Own the data model. Define and instrument how partner-sourced signals and opportunities are tracked, so the motion is measurable and the numbers survive scrutiny.
  • Scale the workflow. Continuously refine the tooling so discovery gets faster, more repeatable, and less dependent on you personally doing it.
  • Route and close the loop. Work with our partnerships team and global sales org to get each opportunity to the right owner, then track what converts and feed it back into your targeting.
  • Own partner operations. Build the layer underneath the engine: the CRM processes, attribution model, and reporting that let us say with confidence which partner sourced

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in an analytical or operational commercial role — GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, Business Operations, or growth analytics — at a B2B company. Startup or early scale-up experience strongly preferred.
  • What matters more than the title: you've owned a piece of GTM machinery end to end — the data model, lead enrichment, routing, and/or pipeline reporting — and when it needed to scale, you built something rather than doing it by hand. Tell us what you built, what it replaced, and what it produced.
  • Evidence you’ve built things. Automations, enrichment pipelines, internal tooling, data models. We care far more about “I personally built X and it produced Y” than “I was responsible for reporting on Z.”
  • Hands-on with the stack: Salesforce or HubSpot (reporting and configuration, not data entry), SQL, and at least one automation platform — Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make. Practical experience building LLM-based workflows. Familiarity with leveraging APIs is a major plus.
  • Native-level written English. You’ll be packaging insights for a distributed sales team that has to act on them without a follow-up call.
  • Self-direction. Nobody will hand you a queue. You’ll decide where the leverage is and be accountable to a clear number.
  • Curiosity about crypto. Web3 experience is not required. Genuine interest in the space is.
