As the industry evolves toward mainstream institutional adoption, we're positioned at the intersection of blockchain innovation and enterprise risk management, serving everyone from crypto-native founders to CISOs at major financial institutions.

We're seeking an experienced Content Marketing Lead to own and scale our global content engine. This is a high-impact role at the core of our pipeline strategy - where your work will directly influence how prospects discover, evaluate, and buy.

You'll lead content strategy, creation, and distribution, focusing on the formats that matter most. You'll be responsible for creating compelling narratives that translate complex Web3 security concepts into clear value propositions for both technical and business stakeholders. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between crypto-native audiences and traditional financial institutions, creating thought leadership that positions Hypernative as the leading provider for digital asset security.

You'll work closely with our technical experts, as well as the Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams, to develop content that drives pipeline, builds brand authority, and educates the market on real-time security, risk prevention, and compliance. This is a high-impact role where your content will directly influence how institutions think about Web3 security.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy targeting both crypto-native organizations and institutional financial services
  • Create thought leadership content that positions Hypernative at the forefront of conversations around risk infrastructure, programmable compliance, and institutional Web3 security
  • Create sophisticated, technical content that positions us as thought leaders among senior security, risk, and compliance executives and decision-makers
  • Translate technical security concepts (exploit detection, threat monitoring, automated response) into compelling narratives
  • Own the content calendar and manage content production across multiple formats: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media, and video

Thought Leadership & Brand Building

  • Develop long-form content (whitepapers, research reports, guides) that establishes Hypernative as a thought leader in digital asset security
  • Write and ghostwrite content for executive team and technical experts for publication on socials, industry media, and at conferences
  • Build relationships with industry publications and secure contributed content placements

Incident-Driven Content

  • Lead rapid-response content creation around security incidents and exploits where Hypernative's platform provides value
  • Develop case studies and success stories demonstrating real-time threat prevention and loss prevention
  • Create technical breakdowns and post-mortems that showcase our detection capabilities and security expertise
  • Build frameworks for turning security events into educational content and market positioning opportunities

Communications, Partnership & Product Marketing Support

  • Support the creation of marketing collateral and messaging for commercial teams
  • Support Product Marketing with content focused on our users including feature releases, use case guides, and solution briefs
  • Collaborate on webinar content, conference presentations, and speaking submissions

Performance & Optimization

  • Establish content performance metrics and regularly analyze what drives engagement, pipeline, and brand awareness
  • Optimize content for SEO and discoverability across institutional and crypto-native search behavior
  • A/B test messaging and formats to continuously improve content effectiveness
  • Maintain content audit processes and update evergreen content to ensure accuracy and relevance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of content marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years leading content, preferably in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, or Web3
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • You've built scalable content operations using AI - from automating workflows and personalizing content at scale to creating systematic processes that multiply output without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience creating content for both technical audiences (developers, security teams) and business stakeholders (executives, risk managers)
  • Strong understanding of content distribution channels and what drives engagement across different platforms
  • You can develop a high-level strategy, but also roll up your sleeves and execute
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and changing priorities - you take initiative without waiting for perfect conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Web3, blockchain technology, DeFi, or cryptocurrency markets
  • Background in cybersecurity, risk management, or financial services
  • Experience in marketing to institutional/enterprise audiences, particularly in financial services
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Previous experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
