Description
Hypernative is the leader in real-time threat prevention for Web3, helping protocols, bridges, and DeFi platforms stop exploits before they happen. The most prominent crypto-native organizations rely on our technology to protect billions in on-chain value.
We’re now hiring a Head of Professional Services to lead our services strategy and execution. In this role, you will own the delivery of high-impact professional services, drive and grow strategic relationships with our partners, and ensure that both partners and customers have the training, certifications, and expertise they need to succeed with Hypernative. You will also be responsible for expanding services-driven revenue and shaping a scalable services motion that enhances customer outcomes and product value.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, business-oriented leader who excels at working with customers, partners, and internal teams to build meaningful, high-value service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall Professional Services strategy, ensuring it aligns with company objectives, customer needs, and Hypernative’s product direction.
- Deliver high-quality professional services engagements that help customers maximize value from Hypernative’s products and capabilities.
- Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with partners, enabling them to deliver superior services and solutions to mutual customers.
- Design and oversee training, enablement, and certification programs for partners and customers to ensure strong product expertise and consistent delivery standards.
- Drive services revenue growth, including defining service offerings, scoping engagements, and managing delivery margins.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement of service offerings.
- Define and implement scalable processes, methodologies, and best practices for all Professional Services activities.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Professional Services team as the organization grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Solutions Delivery, or Operations Management roles within a SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environment.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree, an advanced degree is a plus.
- Exceptional customer and partner-facing skills, with a proven ability to build trust, manage expectations, and drive successful engagements.
- Strong planning, project tracking, and execution capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time.
- Demonstrated management experience, including hiring, mentoring, and leading high-performing technical teams.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and cross-functional internal teams (Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success) - a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems - an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive structure, processes, and scalability.
