Responsibilities:
- Asset Analysis and Risk Assessment - assist customers in conducting thorough analyses of their Web3 assets, evaluate their security postures, and assess associated risks
- Monitoring and Response Plan Development - advise customers on optimal configurations for risk monitoring tools, develop comprehensive monitoring and response plans that detail preventive measures, detection techniques, and response strategies to mitigate potential security incidents.
- Implementation Assistance - assist customers in setting up and operationalizing the security monitoring tools and response plans. Provide hands-on support and guidance during the implementation phase to ensure seamless integration of security practices with existing customer workflows.
- Customer Collaboration and Support - maintain continuous communication with customers to update them on potential security issues and adjustments in the threat landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- In-depth understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized systems, and blockchain security concepts.
- Advanced understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards as they apply to digital assets and blockchain technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly and professionally to a non-technical audience. Proven track record of effective customer-facing engagements, demonstrating patience, understanding, and a customer-first attitude.
