Role Overview

As Renewals Manager, you will own and manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for all customers. You’ll work closely with regional CSMs who manage the customer relationship and success plans, but you will be responsible for commercial execution, thus ensuring timely, accurate, and frictionless renewals.

You’ll identify risks, mitigate churn, and optimize renewal terms to support Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) goals. You’ll also help us build scalable renewal processes, reporting, and forecasting as we grow.

This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of customer success, commercial negotiation, and revenue strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the global renewals pipeline: forecast, track, and close all customer renewals on time, ensuring high GRR
  • Partner with CSMs and Sales to assess account health, flag risks early, and execute commercial discussions
  • Engage directly with customers on renewal terms, pricing, and contract amendments
  • Create and manage renewal quotes, order forms, and commercial approvals in coordination with Finance
  • Improve and scale renewal processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure
  • Report on churn, retention, and renewal KPIs regularly for leadership visibility
  • Ensure alignment with legal, finance, and revenue teams to streamline contracting and approvals

You’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a Renewals or Account Management, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of owning and negotiating renewals across global enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing structures, and commercial terms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ systems, and contract management tools
  • Data-driven mindset. Strong at forecasting and working with revenue metrics
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures
