Role Overview:

Get Real Labs d/b/a Get Real Security Inc. is hiring for the following role in Austin, TX: Machine Learning Engineer for development and Deploy cutting-edge machine learning models to detect fake images, audio and video content to support Get Real Labs' mission of ensuring the integrity of digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and automate end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment utilizing tools like AWS Services including SageMaker, Lambda, and Step Functions;

· Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure to support machine learning workflows, ensuring performance, reliability, and security;

· Implement and optimize real-time inference and batch processing pipelines for deploying computer vision and deep learning models in production;

· Develop efficient data pipelines for managing large datasets, utilizing AWS solutions like S3, Glue, and Data Pipelines;

· Monitor model performance in production, implement CI/CD practices, and create dashboards to track metrics using AWS tools like CloudWatch and QuickSight;

· Collaborate with research scientists, data engineers, and software developers to align ML models with production requirements;

· Optimize pipelines and infrastructure for cost efficiency and scalability to handle dynamic workloads and large datasets;

· Contribute to the software development lifecycle, ensuring that AI-powered solutions are seamlessly integrated into platforms and applications; and

· Stay updated with advancements in fake media detection techniques and ensure Get Real Labs remains at the forefront of this domain.

· Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting available.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related field.

• Required Skills:

· Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or machine learning engineering occupation:

· Position also requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Setting up scalable cloud infrastructure and automating workflows; Python programming and popular ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras; Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS ECS; CI/CD tools and pipelines: Azure Devops; Cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies; and Monitoring and observability tools for ML systems.
