Above is building the AI-native platform for insider risk management — where humans and AI agents operate side-by-side inside the enterprise.

We're backed by tier-1 global VCs, led by second-time founders, and already deployed inside security teams that operate at real scale. Our product does not exist without AI — and neither does this role.

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who is AI-obsessed.

If you still "dabble" with AI tools, this is not the role.

If AI agents are already part of how you think, design, debug, and ship — read on.

What you'll do
  • Build and operate AI-native infrastructure powering:
  • Autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents
  • High-volume inference, streaming, and event-driven pipelines
  • Treat Claude Code / Codex / AI copilots as first-class infrastructure, not accessories
  • Design systems where humans + AI agents collaborate safely in production
  • Own AWS infrastructure with a focus on reliability, cost efficiency, and scale
  • Build CI/CD pipelines where AI is embedded in:
  • Code generation
  • Reviews
  • Infra changes
  • Incident response
  • Harden production systems for enterprise-grade security and compliance
  • Work extremely closely with backend, security, and AI engineers — zero silos
  • Take real ownership of production (on-call included)
Hard requirements (non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure / Platform Engineering
  • Daily, heavy usage of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent — not "occasionally")
  • Proven experience building or operating AI-driven systems
  • Strong AWS production experience
  • Kubernetes, containers, and Terraform (or equivalent IaC)
  • Comfort shipping fast, breaking things safely, and fixing them properly
  • 5 days a week in our Tel Aviv office
You are likely a fit if
  • You already default to AI before writing infra or code by hand
  • You think in terms of agents, workflows, and feedback loops
  • You've automated parts of your own job out of existence
  • You're opinionated about how AI should be used in engineering
  • You get impatient working without strong tooling and autonomy
Nice to have (strong signal)
  • Experience running LLM workloads (inference, embeddings, orchestration)
  • Exposure to security-sensitive or regulated environments
  • Prior work on internal developer platforms or infra abstractions
  • Startup experience where ownership > process
Why Above
  • This company is AI-native by default — not retrofitted
  • You'll help define how AI agents operate in production at enterprise scale
  • Tier-1 backing, real customers, real urgency
  • Second-time founders, fast decisions, no theater
  • Office-first culture focused on speed, clarity, and craft
