Role summary

Owner of top-of-funnel outbound for targeted security buyers. You’ll prospect, qualify, and hand off high-quality meetings to Account Executives while continuously refining messaging and outreach playbooks.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, phone, social, events) to generate qualified meetings with security, engineering, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing and AEs to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into SQLs.
  • Own CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and pipeline generation metrics (HubSpot or similar).
  • Write and iterate on outreach cadences, messaging, and playbooks specific to security buyer personas.
  • Run demo/POC scheduling, initial discovery calls, and qualification
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, meetups, and community channels.

Must-have qualifications

  • 1–3 years in B2B SaaS SDR/BDR role
  • Proven track record of creating pipeline via outbound.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong LinkedIn / social selling skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM, sequence tools, and outbound analytics.
  • High energy, resilient, coachable, and metrics-driven.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security buyer landscape .
  • Experience with account-based marketing / selling (ABM).

KPIs

  • Meetings booked, SQLs generated, pipeline value created, conversion rates, quota attainment.
