Are you ready to stand out Above the competition?
If you like to shake things up, and have clients who actually want to meet with you, you've found the place to be. You'll be our first dedicated sales leader, reporting directly to the CEO with a seat on the leadership team. You know how to navigate complex security sales cycles from (CISO to legal to procurement) and you can build a high-performing team underneath you that does the same. If you're energized by the challenge of building from scratch in a market that's heating up, this is your opportunity.
What you'll do
- Own and exceed annual recurring revenue targets, delivering accurate forecasts and consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.
- Build our enterprise sales team from the ground up.
- Define and implement the enterprise sales playbook for complex, security-focused deals from initial CISO engagement through multi-stakeholder procurement and legal review.
- Lead and close large enterprise deals ($150K–$1M+ ACV) with security and risk buyers including CISOs, VPs of Security Operations, Chief Risk Officers, and their procurement teams.
- Develop and refine our ICP and outbound strategy, targeting industries with high insider threat exposure: financial services, healthcare, government contractors, critical infrastructure, and tech.
- Partner with Marketing to align on demand generation, ABM campaigns, and conference presence at key security events (RSA, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk Summit).
- Collaborate with Product to feed market intelligence back into the roadmap.
- Build the operational foundation: CRM hygiene, pipeline metrics, rep ramp programs, and QBR cadences that give leadership full visibility into the revenue engine.
- Serve as a senior executive voice with prospects, partners, and at industry events — you are credible and compelling in a room full of security professionals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years leading enterprise sales teams in the cybersecurity industry.
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling security-focused sales teams, ideally from an early or growth stage.
- Proven ability to consistently close enterprise deals with security buyers (CISOs, VPs of SecOps, CROs) across complex, multi-month sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise security buying process — you know how security decisions get made, who influences them, and how to navigate procurement and legal review.
- Strong operational discipline — you run a tight pipeline, coach to the metrics, and create accountability without creating chaos.
- Comfortable operating in a startup environment: scrappy, resourceful, and willing to be hands-on while building the team around you.
